  5. The Broker pays us a referral fee from their closing commission for being introduced to a good client – no added cost to you, the client!

Ray Smalley - Owner, Managing Broker

Ray is the Owner Broker of Smalley Real Estate Group and first acquired his real estate license in 1994. He grew up on the Colorado Front Range and caught the real estate bug as a young adult. After acquiring rental property, he became intrigued with the industry and decided to trade in his IT corporate career for a real estate license, where he helped clients through the many fluctuations of the real estate market. In the following decade, his hands-on experience in fixing his rental properties developed into a 9-year stint as an Electrician, which led Ray to a better understanding of the construction industry. During that time, Ray also worked as a Colorado licensed Real Estate Appraiser. In addition to his passion for real estate, his current interests include wine, graphic design, and writing speculative fiction.
